Our delectable and popular seafood dish has a savory and aromatic lobster stock spiked with Ricard, garlic, saffron, fennel, bouquet garni, and a pinch of cayenne (the broth is NOT spicy, just flavorful).
It includes lobster tail (out of shell), U/12 shrimp, dry pack sea scallops, monkfish, Manilla clams, Prince Edward Island mussels and seared black cod.
The bouillabaisse comes with a salad and toasted sourdough with aioli.
